Report a Correction

If you spot outdated pricing, a feature that has changed, or a factual error in a review or comparison, tell us the exact page and what specifically looks wrong. We investigate every correction request personally, and if you are right, we update the article and note when the change was made rather than silently editing the page. Corrections are usually the fastest category of message for us to act on, since they typically just require re-checking one specific claim against the vendor's current pricing page or our own recent testing notes.

Advertising and Partnership Inquiries

We work with a limited number of AI tool vendors through affiliate partnerships, described in full on our Disclosure page. If you represent a vendor and want your tool considered for review, or want to discuss a partnership, include your company name, the product in question, and a way for us to reach a real contact on your team. We do not guarantee inclusion or a favorable review in exchange for any partnership, and we say so upfront to avoid wasting anyone's time.

Press Inquiries

If you are a journalist or researcher looking to cite our testing methodology, scores, or a specific review, let us know what you are working on and your deadline. We are generally happy to clarify how a specific score was calculated or point you to our underlying testing notes for a claim.

General Questions

Not sure your question fits a category above? Send it anyway. Common questions we get include which tool fits a specific use case better than our general rating suggests, whether a tool still supports a particular integration or platform, and how to interpret a specific score. We answer these directly rather than pointing you back to a review you have already read.

What to Include in Your Message

A specific message gets a faster, more useful reply than a general one. If you are reporting a correction, include the exact page URL and the specific claim you believe is wrong, ideally with a source if you have one. If you are asking for a recommendation, tell us what you are trying to accomplish, your budget, and whether you need an API or just a web/app interface, since that is exactly the information our own best-tools pages use to narrow down a shortlist.

Before You Reach Out

A lot of common questions are already answered on the site: pricing and limits questions are usually covered in the review itself, general "which tool should I use" questions are covered by our Best AI Tools by category pages, and questions about how scoring works are covered on our Methodology page. Checking there first often gets you an answer faster than waiting on a reply.

Vendor Correction Requests

If you represent a vendor and believe a specific claim in a review is factually wrong, tell us exactly what the claim is and what the correct information should be, ideally with a link to your own documentation or pricing page as a source. We investigate these the same way we investigate reader-submitted corrections, but a disagreement about our conclusion or score is not the same as a factual error, and we will not adjust a review based on the former.

Data We Collect From This Form

Submitting the contact form sends us your name, email address, and message so we can reply to you. We do not add your email to a marketing list from a support message, and we do not share it with the vendors we review or with any third party. It is used only to respond to the specific question or correction you sent.

How Quickly We Respond

We are a small independent team, not a support center, so response times vary with volume, but we aim to reply to corrections within a few business days and everything else within a week. If your message is time-sensitive, say so directly and why, and we will do our best to prioritize it.
